The call came in at 8pm on a Friday evening. By 9am the next morning, our engineers were on-site, ready to begin hose runs and system setup. Despite transport challenges caused by “Truck Fest” limiting driver availability, we secured haulage and mobilised equipment overnight.
– EQUIPMENT DELIVERY
A 400kW Trane chiller was dispatched with 120m of 4” steel braided hose loaded into our vans to start the run immediately.
– INSTALLATION & SETUP
The chiller was landed in a designated external area. Our team completed a complex 60m high-level hose run dropping into the plant room to connect with existing DN100/PN16 connections. By working side by side with the client’s contractors, the system was installed and powered up the same day.
– SYSTEM DESIGN & OPERATION
The chiller was connected seamlessly to the existing hotel system, supplying chilled water directly to maintain guestroom temperatures across the property. By 5pm Saturday, the system was online, delivering immediate cooling.

Our engineers stayed late into the evening, checking temperatures across the hotel to ensure the solution was performing. In a true spirit of teamwork, they even arranged food for all contractors after a long day — keeping morale high and the operation running smoothly.
