A 3,000-litre fuel tank supported the boiler, while 60 metres of 2-inch hose allowed the temporary equipment to be connected to the existing building services.
The package also included 10 metres of 32A three-phase electrical cable to provide the required electrical connection.
By supplying the boiler alongside the necessary fuel storage, hoses, cabling and connection components, we were able to provide a complete temporary solution rather than simply supplying individual equipment.

The temporary boiler and associated equipment needed to be positioned in a courtyard approximately 3 metres below road level. This meant the equipment could not simply be unloaded and moved into position conventionally.
A HIAB lorry was therefore used to safely lift and lower the equipment from street level into the courtyard.
Careful planning during the site survey ensured the delivery and lifting operation could be completed efficiently, allowing installation work to begin immediately once the equipment was positioned.
Once positioned, the temporary boiler needed to integrate with the site’s existing domestic hot water infrastructure.
Our engineer installed the necessary fittings and adaptors to connect our 2-inch temporary hoses to the client’s existing system and calorifiers.
