Amazing service from Ideal Heat - who supplied 4 x industrial sized Air conditioning units after placing an order out of hours for next day morning delivery. Emily was incredibly helpful, immediately responsive with solutions, and the units arrived earlier than expected in time for intended use. Steve from Ideal Heat is an absolute pleasure to work with, when faced with an urgent need for temporary boiler, with no past experience or contacts, we called, and were able to get quotes, account setup, and installation over a weekend to keep our school running.  Nothing was too much trouble. Kelly in the office is incredibly proactive and made everything straightforward and clear, all the maintenance was taken care of and we didn't need to worry about anything, faults were rare and were managed by the office without us even knowing. We hired for a longer period than we anticipated, but feel like we have built a relationship, with people that we can work with rather than just a supplier that we order things from.
