Lead Forensics

The Brief

When a boiler fails, the need for temporary heat becomes a top priority. Ideal Heat was able to supply a boiler solution quickly and efficiently to a government building located in Kent.

The Objective

Ideal Heat Solutions received a call from the customer late Friday morning, informing the temporary heat provider that their client’s boiler had failed. Ideal Heat responded to the issue as they usually do – swiftly and within a tight timeframe. A specialist surveyed the site and gave the client a quote, which was accepted before the day had ended.

As Ideal Heat’s client had to complete enabling works in preparation for the temporary equipment, installation was booked as soon as possible on the following Monday. Ideal Heat supplied its market-leading 500kW oil fired boiler with a 3000ltr fuel tank. A 60m x 50mm hose and power extension leads were utilised to ensure the necessary connections could be made.

Ideal Heat Solutions has a strong relationship with its client, who from past experiences, knew the temporary heat provider could supply a solution that met the overall client’s specific needs. Ideal Heat has the technical skill, versatility and specialist equipment to meet a variety of demands set by any client across any industry.

The Challenge

Time was truly of the essence on this project. Due to the nature of the government building and the various spaces it comprises, the heating had to get back on in under 48 hours. From the initial call-out, Ideal Heat’s engineers were on site with a boiler solution in under 12 hours, an impressive feat given the project’s complex requirements.

Ideal Heat’s team of experts and its high-performance equipment ensured this government building was back up and running as soon as possible. The temporary heat expert once again delivered the goods where they were most needed, minimising disruption and assuring efficiency in the process.
